Wowee WOW! The questions are rolling in. WhooOOOOoot!
If you aren’t in the know, “Ask Tiffany” is a short and sweet video series where I (and some guest stars in the future!) answer your questions about creating a private practice that RIZOCKS – where you can both make money AND help people.
Today’s question comes from Therapist Carolyn.
She says, “What I want most of all in my practice is plenty of money without adding more individual clients. I want to add some education/group options. This requires organization, planning, and marketing. The first two are not my strong spot.”
Ooh, Carolyn, I had fun with this one. PLUS, I’m giving away two worksheets that will help you get on top of your organization and planning. Check it out in the second episode of “Ask Tiffany!”

As for the rest of you, leave a comment and tell the class about what drives YOU! Give a little inspiration to the group.
Finally, if you like it – share it! I can’t WAIT to meet your friends!!
Super fun. Love your energy! My why? Assist people in knowing that suffering is optional and the concrete tools to not suffer!
Awesome Laura!! I’m so glad you’re out there doing what you do – both giving people the tools and living by example. We’re all lucky to have you 😉
The f-bombs are the best part!! Love you!!
Fuck YEAH, Gen!!
I think I struggle with two things when it comes to the Why: 1. Is it okay for my why to be what it is? and 2. My Why and my How seem to be totally at odds with each other!! Okay- so, my Why is, make enough money to work 20 hours a week, doing something that I love and that challenges me to grow, and support myself and my immediate family financially with enough time left in the week to read, lift, relax, spend time with friends, and have time for my creative self. 1. It seems like that’s selfish and not allowed! (Bringing that one to my analyst…) But 2, it also seems like in the Bay Area in order to make enough money to have the relaxed lifestyle I want, I have to work my tooshie off. So I think that’s part of why I feel stuck! I am afraid my work output and commitments will get TOO BIG and my desire for a relaxed life won’t be met! :'( Please help Master Organizizer McLain!! (Hmmm… not a coincidence those initials spell out MOM…. :D)
BWAH HA HA HA!! Molly, you bust me up!
1. The happier and more taken care of you are, the more energy and capacity you have to serve those in need. I guarantee, that if you are making enough money to care for your friends and family, while also having time to invest in the activities you love, something will open up inside of you and you will find the space to give back to the communities that you are passionate about serving as well.
2. Here’s the deal, I bet you spend a lot of your “relaxation” time right now fretting about what you’re NOT doing and all the things you “should” be doing. Am I right?! I’ve found that the more I align my desire to help with my creative interests (videos, writing, speaking), the more I LOOOOVE working my tooshie off because it inspires the shit out of me!! And then, when I *do* relax, I REALLY relax, fully and anxiety-free, because I know that I did all I could (within the boundaries that I set schedule wise) to be creative AND helpful.
Molly, you’re amazing. I’ve no doubt that once your analyst gets through with you, the world will never be the same.
Love,
MOM
Ahahaha! This is excellent advice, as always, Tiffany. Thank you- and I will be thinking of this as I fill out your weekly planning form…. :-*

Kelly – once you do, you’ll be ON FIRE! You have so much to offer, of this, you can be sure. I hope this video helped and if not, hit me up and I’ll go deeper on the organization question 🙂
Thanks for the entertaining video Tiffany! You are a riot. I didn’t get the confirmation email…checked spam and everything. Is it because I’m already on your newsletter? Would you mind sending it to me too?
Sending it forthwith!! Thanks for the heads up 😀
