Money Mindset Mentors Winter 2020

I am THRILLED to introduce you to new members of the Lean In. MAKE BANK. team! Holly Anderson and Nick Bognar are LIMB graduates who’s results demonstrate that if you do the work, your practice will thrive.

Nick and Holly will be actively engaged in the Lean In. MAKE BANK. online community + they will each be hosting 30 minute “Office Hours” throughout the program.

I want you to have ZERO excuses, so I brought in these two star graduates to ensure you have all the support, encouragement and guidance you need to take action and follow through so you can overcome the barriers that hold you back and confidently earn more in your practice.

Holly Anderson

Hello!! I am Holly and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Kansas City, MO and Manhattan, KS.  I work with women executives and entrepreneurs around embracing the life they have worked hard to create and exploring what holds them back. Currently, I am creating local meet ups for women executives and entrepreneurs around themes such as mental health, self-care, and community.

I joined LIMB because several colleagues I respected had signed up and were challenging me to get in the deep end around money.  I knew something needed to change for me around my money anxiety with clients. I jumped into LIMB and it has changed my practice and the quality of my own life outside of work. I was able to not only raise my rates with all my clients but also set limits on cancellations that worked for my practice. I understand more now the impact of my own stories around money, countertransference, and how to explore the fee, as a way to deepen therapeutic work, not as a barrier. I am excited to encourage, challenge, and celebrate with more clinicians to dive into the deep end around money!

Nick Bognar

I’m an MFT in Pasadena, California, focusing on Men’s Issues and Codependency. I love helping clients learn to ask for what they really, truly want out of life. In addition to my practice (, I am also launching a lifestyle podcast, “More Exemplary” (, exploring how to find joy, contentment, and connection, while improving the world around us.

I enrolled in LIMB because no matter how much I thought about it, I couldn’t gather the courage to raise the fees of existing clients. LIMB helped me examine my own beliefs around money, and how my countertransference was keeping me from charging a more appropriate fee, taking care of myself, and was affecting the work I was doing with my clients. In an immediate sense, those conversations yielded me an additional $230/week. Even more importantly, though, it gave me the ability to engage in subsequent conversations around money with confidence and assurance.

I am excited to help other people take the next step toward making the kind of money that allows us to work with smiles on our faces!
