In all that we do, we strive to achieve alignment between our thoughts, beliefs and actions. While we hold complexity and welcome the grey area, we put our proverbial money where our mouth is. We do what we preach and we preach what we do.

In all that we do, we take responsibility by asking ourselves, “What is my contribution to this situation and what do *I* need to do solve it?” Every. Time.

We are 100% committed to our own growth, the growth of our students and the growth of our team. We are deeply curious about our blindspots and fierce advocates for giving and receiving critical feedback in order to achieve.

Luxuriate: Self-indulgent delight

Each week, we each take the time to delight in something, to luxuriate, to indulge in something that brings us peace, energy, presence of mind, joy, fun. Whatever it is you need in that moment, at least once a week, you indulge in giving it to yourself. AND THEN WE BRAG ABOUT THAT SHIT. We want to model that people like us: women, people of color, those of us who grew up in working class families – we, too, get to luxuriate and enjoy this brief and lovely journey on this earth.
